Welcome to the TripAssure GroupAdvantage enrollment website. Below is an outline of the online enrollment system as well as your authorized plan benefits. We are pleased to provide our Agents special rates for all group plans.

Enrolling your groups in a TripAssure GroupAdvantage Protection Plan is as simple as A-B-C.

Step A: Create a Group

The first step in enrolling your group is to create the group. You should create your group as soon as solicitation to travelers has begun. Important: Once your group has been created, the plan payment rates are guaranteed for all travelers regardless of when they join the group. Do not wait until you receive plan payment from individual travelers to create the group.

Under "Create a Group": you will need to provide either a Group Name or ID of your choice; enter the Group Departure and Return Dates (not the travel dates of individual travelers which may vary); the Group Destination; and your contact information.

Print and distribute the Plan Documents to your travelers so they can review the coverage and make informed decisions before they purchase the Travel Protection Plan.

Step B: Add Travelers

Once a group has been created, traveler information may be changed at any time prior to submitting payment for the group. Travelers should be added at the time their plan payments are received by you. Do not wait to enter all travelers at the same time! We recommend that you include the plan payment as part of the initial deposit you charge to the traveler to ensure the plan payment is paid at or before the final payment for there to be coverage for financial insolvency and Pre-Existing Medical Conditions.

Step C: Payment

Once all travelers have been added to the group, you may submit the GROSS payment for the Plan by Check or by Credit Card. Important: Payment must be received by TripAssure, no later than 10 days prior to the Scheduled Group Departure Date..

After the plan payment has been processed, you will receive a group enrollment confirmation. As an option, you can also elect to receive individual confirmations (individually or batched) for each traveler.

* Important Purchase Reminder

  • If you have insured an amount less than 100% of the cost of all Travel Arrangements that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions:


  • 1) the Maximum Benefit Amount for Trip Cancellation will be limited to the amount of coverage you purchased and the Maximum Benefit Amount for Trip Interruption will be 150% of amount of coverage you purchased; and

    2) there will be no coverage available under the Cancellation For Any Reason Benefit, if Plus Plan (Plan G850P) is purchased.


The GroupAdvantage Plans provide extensive coverage at group rates. Some of the coverage highlights are listed below:

  • Trip Cancellation or Interruption resulting from financial insolvency of an airline, cruise line, tour operator or other travel, camp or program provider (other than an organization or firm from whom You purchased Travel Arrangements supplied by others) causing a complete cessation of travel services provided the financial insolvency occurs more than 14 days following the Effective Date and the plan is purchased prior to or within 24 hours of final payment.
  • Coverage for Terrorist acts as defined
  • Coverage for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions, provided: 1) the traveler's plan payment is received within 15 days of initial deposit for the Trip; 2) the booking for the Trip is the first and only booking for this travel period and destination; and 3) the Insured is not disabled from travel at the time the payment for the Plan is made.
  • Trip Cancellation For Any Reason coverage (only included under the Plus Plan) If the Insured cancels his/her Trip for any reason (not otherwise covered by this Plan) the Insured will receive reimbursement of 75% of the unused non-refundable prepaid Payments or Deposits for the Travel Arrangements purchased for the Trip, provided: 1) payment for this Plan is received within 15 days of initial deposit for the Trip; 2) the traveler insures 100% of the cost of all Travel Arrangements that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions; and 3) the Insured cancels his/her Trip 48 hours or more before the Scheduled Departure Date.
